ÖMS
Application System for Obligated Persons.
The Application System for Obligated Persons (ÖMS) is designed for electronic interaction with the NDC by persons bearing obligations under securities — first and foremost, issuers.
Functions of the system
- Submitting information on issues and corporate actions;
- Giving instructions on dividend and coupon payments;
- Ordering the list of shareholders (bondholders);
- Exchanging information on the preparation of general meetings;
- Receiving reports on the fulfilment of obligations.
Access to the system is granted to issuers that have concluded an agreement with the NDC. The login address and guide are provided in this section.
